Its not something we like to talk about, but its the truth! Were really only talking about losing one pound a day for ten days, then six pounds on the tenth day.
Make sure your weigh yourself every morning just to stay on top of your progress. This type of weight loss is not so much in fat loss, but it does work. This method will get you where you want to go. As each day passes your going to be eating less and less.
Day after day your planned reduction food intake will be over a ten day period. If you give this a chance your stomach will shrink. Youll feel full with less amounts of food.
Each meal and each day just cut down your portion size. Remember it take about ten minutes for your stomach to tell your mind that you feel full. Thats how we all over eat! By the ninth day your portions should be very small. For breakfast on the ninth day eat an orange or a small bowl of cereal or a boiled egg and juice. Lunch on the ninth day is half a sandwich or half a chefs salad. Same for dinner very small. Dont forget the walks. At bed time take some night time laxitive, itll do its work will you sleep. Youll lose those five extra pounds in the morning! Throughout the whole ten days you dont want to get dehydrated so plenty of water is recommended. By the evening of the tenth day you should be on your mark of fifteen pounds in ten days.
